Mile Square Theatre is thrilled to announce the appointment of Alicia Pedraza as our new General Manager! Alicia joins us with an exceptional blend of business acumen and a fervent dedication to the performing arts, marking a new chapter of growth and innovation for our organization.

Raised in the vibrant city of Cleveland, Ohio, Alicia’s journey into the world of performing arts began early, fueled by her passion for theater and music. She further honed her craft and leadership skills at Viterbo University in Wisconsin, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre with a minor in Arts Administration. Alicia’s talents have graced stages nationwide, with standout performances in acclaimed productions such as Rent, Seussical, Jersey Boys, and Godspell. For the past two years, she has been immersing herself in the bustling arts scene of New York City, where she lives with her charming feline companion, Riff.

Alicia’s diverse background extends beyond the stage. Her impressive career as a business manager for several spas has equipped her with vital skills in leadership, strategic planning, and operational management. Her extensive experience in arts administration and unwavering commitment to the performing arts make her a remarkable fit for the role of General Manager.

Alicia is driven by a deep-seated belief in the power of the arts to enrich lives and foster community. Her personal journey, marked by formative experiences in theater similar to those of Mile Square Theatre, has instilled in her a profound appreciation for inclusivity and accessibility in the arts.
