MST Players Present: The Brightest Thing (or, The Squonk Play) by Don Zolidis

This play tells the story of a hyper-imaginative young girl, Emelia, who goes on the trip of a lifetime to rescue her mother from evil snow pirates. Along the way she meets a really lazy fairy, an entrepreneurial balloonist, a manatee, a jackalope, and a very tearful Squonk, among many other memorable characters. Come join us as our resident young thespians tell this American fable about a hot air balloon adventure and the things that really matter.
